Through the Hotel Division, ADHI has succeeded in building and managing a hotel chain with the Hotel GranDhika brand in several major cities in Indonesia namely Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah Jakarta, Hotel GranDhika Setiabudi Medan, Hotel GranDhika Pemuda Semarang. The Hotel GranDhika Network as a 4-star hotel will target business travelers, leisure, and family orientation as its target market.



Based on the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) in deciding to spin off the Department of TOD (Transit Oriented Development) and Hotels to become a subsidiary, PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP). This is done so that business activities related to TOD and Hotels can be handled specifically and more focused by PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP) as a subsidiary.

Being part of PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP) provides a greater opportunity for Hotel GranDhika to be able to expand, of course the feasibility study will still be conducted to assess the feasibility of implementing a business. The opportunity is wide open for Hotel GranDhika to develop its brand and become a hotel operator capable of providing complete services for partners, clients and investors.

The long-term strategy that will be carried out is:

  1. Increasing the number of hotels under the auspices of PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP)  such as hotels to be built in the area of ​​Royal Sentul Park, Eastern Green Bekasi, and Gateway Park.
  2. Active in finding investors who will run their hotel business starting from preparing for development, planning budget equipment requirements, training, determining standards and quality of products and services, promotions and marketing.
  3. Diversify products to create new products and market share for business growth and increase sales & profits.
  4. Aside from carrying the Hotel GranDhika brand as a 4-star hotel brand, a 3-star hotel brand will also be developed with.
  5. Improve and maintain product quality and service of all Hotel GranDhika brands to ensure customer satisfaction is well maintained.
